Mostly any kind of oil is used after refining it but unrefined virgin coconut oil has many uses .Any kind of oil need to be filtered but unfiltered coconut oil can be used in various ways. This is also called organic coconut or organic virgin coconut oil. With the many advantages it has some disadvanges.Beside these disadvantages there are lots of people who like to use coconut oil without refining it.

Mostly it can be purchased from wholesaler. But they offer it in large quantity. It also can be purchased from the big grocers .This is mostly used for making soap or some other kinds of cosmetics. This is also used for various other purposes. If you are using it in cooking then it becomes very compulsory to heat it very well. This is used in various countries and many prefer it.
